Shipping & Delivery Policy

Vegcrate currently operates in select cities across India. Delivery availability is determined by your delivery address at the time of placing your order. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve more areas.

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 hours of being placed, depending on your location and order volume.
• Scheduled Delivery: You may choose a preferred delivery slot during checkout, subject to availability.
• Peak Hours: During festive seasons, weekends, or extreme weather conditions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.

• Delivery is free for orders above ₹299.
• A nominal delivery fee of ₹29–₹49 may apply for orders below ₹299, depending on the delivery distance.
• Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its real-time status through the Vegcrate app under "My Orders." You will also receive push notifications and SMS updates at key stages — when your order is confirmed, packed, dispatched, and delivered.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you.
• No one available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery.

In such cases, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled, and applicable refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through the app or by contacting our support team. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
