By accessing or using the Vegcrate mobile application and website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Vegcrate ("Company", "we", "us").

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Platform. By using Vegcrate, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To place orders, you must create an account using a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
• We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of fresh produce.
• Promotional pricing and offers are valid only for the specified duration and are subject to terms mentioned at the time of the promotion.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order using any accepted payment method (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or cash on delivery).
• All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or if the ordered products are unavailable.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and order volume. We shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Post reviews, ratings, or content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of Vegcrate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegcrate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegcrate, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
